The Country's Most Expensive Debate Club

With over 20 priority bills passed by the Congress (Lower House) to the Senate, the House Majority Leadership is quite dismayed of what is happening upstairs. Instead of tackling these state priority bills, the Senate has focused its attention to inquiries and investigations. It seems like the senate is more concerned in personal grudges as seen on national TV and in partisan politics than working on these important bills.

Is this an indication of the "usefullness" of the Senate in our current Legislative System? Talk about check and balances!
